MINISTRY LEADERS WORKSHOP

On Saturday, April 10, 2010, approximately 30 Ministry Leaders from St. Lawrence Parish met for the inaugural Ministry Leaders' workshop. Pastor Fr. Tom Morgan celebrated Holy Mass to start the day, and delivered a motivating keynote address highlighting the call to stewardship, the signs of discipleship, and the vision for the parish in 2010 and beyond. Ministry Leaders had the opportunity to discuss three key topics chosen to aid them in the administration of their teams, namely succession planning, structure and organization, and membership. As a result of this conference, Ministry Leaders departed ready to prepare for the St.Lawrence Ministry Fair to be held in conjunction with the Parish Picnic on May 2, 2010.
